You chat and pay with us in Karachi. We handle the factory, shipping and customs. You pay twice: a deposit to lock the order, then the balance before delivery.

The listed price covers product, shipping, duties and delivery. Custom orders get a quote.

Pay the deposit
Bank transfer or mobile wallet. Your order is now locked.

We buy and inspect
Tiles counted, condition checked, packing filmed.

Shared shipment
Orders ship together in 1–2 fixed windows each month.

Customs clearance
Handled by our Karachi company and clearing agent.

Arrives in Karachi
We message you with photos from our warehouse.

Pay the balance
Delivery is booked once the balance arrives.

Delivered to your door
Open and check it while the rider waits.
Deposit
- 30% for standard sets and accessories
- 50% for custom, engraved or high-value orders
- Custom and engraved deposits are non-refundable
Timing
- 20–30 days from deposit to Karachi
- Exact dates confirmed with your quote
- If the balance isn't paid in the agreed time, the deposit rules apply
Damage & missing tiles
- Open and check on delivery
- Report within 48 hours with a video
- We replace the part or refund after checking
- No returns for change of mind
